Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for returns to be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

In order to initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached, as it was received. Additionally, proof of purchase or receipt is required.

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at Info@urbanlungies.com to start the process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and guidelines on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept any items that are returned to us without prior authorization.

Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Cash-on-delivery orders are not refundable.

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the items for any defects, damages, or wrong items. If such issues are found, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you initiate a return for the original item. Once we have accepted the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item in order to receive it as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be initiated automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or Credit Card Company may take some time.
