What is the process for the customer to receive an order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to either your registered email address or registered mobile number via SMS.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email from our shipment partner (Delhivery). You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status of your order by visiting our "Track Order" page.
How can a customer cancel their order and what is the procedure to follow?
To cancel an order, please send an email to esales@ulama.co.in. Please note that once an order has been processed/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please be advised that Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
What payment options do you accept?
We offer a variety of payment methods, including Indian credit cards, Indian debit cards, net banking options from 58 banks, UPI, and wallets such as Freecharge and Mobikwik.
Is it mandatory to have an Urban Lungies account to place an order?
It is not mandatory to have an account on our site in order to place an order.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship internationally.
What should I do if my coupon code is not working?
In case your coupon code is not functioning, please verify the expiration date or get in touch with us for assistance.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money?
Don’t worry we will help you out in every possible way. We request you check your bank/credit card account to first ensure that your account has been debited. If your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will get automatically reversed back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.
